Went to the front desk to report problems and no one was there. Just a sign that said they were away. We ended up leaving and not staying the night since we didn't not feel comfortable sleeping there. Very disappointed "

"We had a trip booked to this hotel one of the people coming with us ended up in the hospital from a suicide attempt. We tried to talk to the hotel to get a refund because we could no longer go on the trip and they absolutely refused. They wouldn’t even give us a partial refund so $500 We lost all because they didn’t care at all that this 21-year-old was in the hospital finding for her life."

It’s a funny thing I have all pictures of rooms and descriptions on your app. And my room was listed as only “2 queen suite” while the one she chose to show me like an angry 11 year old would who’s trying to prove she right is enough to keep me from this location in the future.
