It is private, the views are unreal (though it’s closest to main island so you can see it from a very very far distance from one side). the water is CLEAR and the villas are amazing. the staff couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. the restaurants are unbelievable (especially masala the indian one). the speedboat from the airport was super fast. I figured the location being close to the beach would be great but phase ii island is under lots of construction and doesn't have the services that phase I has so this is a great location if you want steps. The noise from construction and the road noise was constant. The room cooled well, but the bathroom stayed a little warm. "Nice hotel before og after traveling to other island in Maldivene. Good standard. Quiet AC, and good beds. Breakfast is not value for the the money. Better breakfast at the local cafe next door. Beach right on the other side of the hotel. OK for a dip in the ocean, but a lot of coral and stone so not easy to get in/out of the water. Small bikini beach 5 minute walk. "

"Harga tidak sesuai dengan kondisi kamar, lantai berdebu dan bed sheets sangat kotor jauh berbeda dengan Samann Grand Hotel di Male City. Selain itu, di Hulhumale sangat susah untuk mencari barang souvenirs dan harga nya juga sangat mahal. Saya rekomen untuk tinggal di Male City saja. Pemanas air sudah berkarat dan Shower di kamar mandi juga sudah berlumut. Breakfast hanya 2 potong roti, 2 sosis ayam dan 1 telur mata. Saya tidak rekomen untuk nginap dihotel ini. "

We were travelling with two young kids and honestly their service and friendliness really made our trip so much easier. "The stay was very Good overall except for the Breakfast Cook was very non obliging arrogant and Not Responsive. We just wanted an alternate egg style. The Sri Lankan chef on the other hand was very Good. Please improve the Breakfast and get rid of that lazy chef and we will refer you more business "
