"This is a nice hotel for this area, but not a 4 star hotel for American standards a 3 star hotel. The staff is very nice and most of them can speak English. Please consider heating the pool, which was ice cold, and make the warm portion of the breakfast better. These improvements will go a long way."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Lac. Excellent service and great restaurant. Clean and Perfect AC. Our special thanks to Mourad and his team at the reception and Ammer and his restaurant team for the great service and top class cuisine. Incidentally the hotel does have an elevator, please correct your description which says there isn’t one"
