Service impeccable
Un accueil chaleureux, une ambiance feutrée lors du dîner. La décoration de l'hôtel très originale ainsi que le plaisir de pouvoir se détendre dans la piscine de l'hôtel après le trajet ,sans oublier son emplacement très pratique en plein centre ville.

Nice hotel but dead town
Nice hotel, very clean, nicely run. Town seemed deserted with little option for dining. Bed gave me backache but partner didn't have problem. Had kettle but plastic cups, one decaf sachet and no milk or creamer. Fine for a stopover on the way to the Alps.

Hôtel correct et bien placé
Hôtel bien situé, en plain coeur de Bourbonne les Bains, proche des Thermes. Ce qui était notre critère de choix pour ce week-end. Un personnel accueillant et sympathique. Des chambres propres et confortables. Les bémols: le petit déjeuner non compris dans le prix de la nuit, le wifi accessible que dans certains endroits de la chambre, un pommeau de douche défecteux.
