"Room was spacious, updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and there were 2 chairs that reclined so we didn't have to resort to sitting on the bed. Staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel was conveniently located for our purposes."

"We loved this place! The hotel is within walking distance of so many great attractions. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve used in a while. Great perks with the cookies and milk at bedtime and free postcards mailed out to friends and family. "

"Riu plaza hotel is a nice hotel. It's a nice hotel walkable to a lot of good places to eat shop and sightseeing. The Pier 39, embarcadero and many other beautiful establishments are just a walk away from the hotel.
The front desk staff were nice, and the concierge were a great help.
The breakfast buffet was good and well organized. They have a good system, the staff were quick and moved efficiently. Best of all the food was great with great choices."
