The hotel was in a great location. It was clean, the breakfast had a great variety. There was construction right across the hotel and the security alarm would go off all day and and all night, that was the only downside.

The location was most important to us - we were touring CU Boulder and wanted something close (10 min drive). There is a parking structure behind the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel is lovely, huge rooms and relatively quiet... Breakfast was 'okay' nothing to write home about... The only negative is the lack of daily housekeeping which you apparently have to 'request' and I constantly had to call to ask for refills of coffee, new clean mugs and milk as well as small towels which were not in the bathroom when we arrived... a bit disappointing since we stayed 3 nights, I like my room to be cleaned and bed made, items replaced when I'm paying for it!

I very much enjoyed my stay here - the staff were amazing and so nice. Jennifer, the bartender, she was a 100/10. She’s so sweet and personable and just all around a great gal! Will definitely stay here again!

New property in redeveloped area near the university. Has a bar, free breakfast and Starbucks coffee. Matthew went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful. Highly recommend if staying to visit kid at CU. Very close to upscale shopping center and restaurants. Room was well appointed, clean, and large. Great value for price.

We loved the airy quality of the lobby and our room. They had games in the lobby (cornhole, shuffleboard table, Connect 4) that were fun to play. Breakfast had chicken-fried steak and good coffee. We absolutely loved our room-the design just made it feel spacious and light. We had no trouble sleeping and feeling like it was our home away from home. Management was always accessible and accommodating. Definitely will be staying again next time we are in Boulder!

Was able to avoid paying for parking with street parking from Saturday at 7 PM thru Monday at 9 AM! Staff was delightful. Nice room etc. Breakfast was ok, nicer than some but missing a few things that would have made it nicer. Eggs are so-so No cheese to add, many choices though.

I don’t have the energy to spend time posting the negative review the hotel deserves. Hyatt has always been a good brand. I guess the low end of the Hyatt brand is the exception. In my experience this was a bad experience and when I complained to the GM. The apology was proforma and inadequate without any real follow up. I certainly won’t go back

The room we got first was dirty, towels on the floor in the bathroom and by the window, trash on the floor and the bed lining were not changed, the second room was much better, bed was hard. Booked the room with Expedia, paid for reservation protection and money was lost. Hotel didn’t have any record of payment, Expedia showed I paid half. Expedia doesn’t take payments but they he hotel does. I paid on the Expedia website not through the hotel, had to cancel one night paid for one, comped free parking for the trouble so I canceled the second day and left. We drove 8 1/2 hours just to turn around and leave. We were on a budget and I wasn’t paying another half for 2 nights. Only one of the employees at the hotel was nice and I don’t know his name.

My room was huge, big windows and sunny. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and professional. The gym was small, but in good condition, be aware that parking all through Boulder is very expensive, no fault of the hotel!

The distance from the parking garage to the hotel entrance was too far, outside and uncovered as well as difficult to find the first time. It would have been almost physically impossible for my 76 year old mother-in-law by herself. I had to go get the car and drive around to the front of the building. It would have been terrible if it was raining or snowing. The construction in progress across the street was unattractive out of our window as well as noisy and their construction vehicles blocked the street. Someone getting ice out of a machine woke us up at 5:00. The coffee offered in the room was terrible and the staff acting like we were asking for their right arm when we requested cream and sugar. We just wanted to stay in our room and have coffee and relax after traveling. I will say there was a man that gave us bottled water each day that was very nice. (Sorry did not get his name) Just a suggestion- replace the glass bathroom doors, they are very loud, hard to latch and unnecessarily heavy. Something lightweight and easy would be better. It was also my mistake for not looking closer at the map, I thought this closer to Pearl Street Mall or would not have stayed here. I will not be back due to the parking. Especially having to pay $25/day was unreasonable for what your getting. Plenty of other hotels in the area without this added expense.
