I was on a solo road trip and this hotel was my favorite hotel during my trip. The staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet had a variety of food. It was clean, safe and had a parking lot. The only problem I experienced was that my room was too warm.

The front desk person (Jessica) made you feel welcomed the minute you walk in the door. She was kind and very helpful. I would return when needing a hotel in the area.

My son and I were here to visit CU Boulder for a tour and to see Rocky Mountain Nat’l Park. This property was great! Highlights: great pool/spa (spa needed a bit more cleaning though), amazing full buffet breakfast, great views from our balcony, great water pressure, great gym with free weights and machines (needed some floor mats to do floor exercises/yoga). Challenges: one of the beds was a little lumpy/soft. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed here! We will be back :)

Expensive. The mattresses and pillows are old and need to be replaced. The hotel is old, small space, and poor lighting. Difficult to find.

1st time and last time here

Room next to the laundry … first floor view on parking … clearly hotel not fully booked … Left behind a laptop charger … called 3 times… clearly front desk person could not be bothered, ask for her to contact house-keeping … nobody really cared to look, even less to help … cost for 4 nights was outrageous!

This property was an easy drive to University of Colorado Boulder which my daughter and I were touring. Our room was clean and adequate for our purposes. I liked that parking was free and breakfast was included. The people working there were pleasing. As a suggestion, it would be nice if there was a separate bin for recycling within our room or nearby where we could place aluminum cans, glass, or paper.

Location was great, close to campus for college visitors, a mile walk/drive to the Chautauqua trail and a few miles from Boulder's central Pearl Street Market. Nice pool for families, nice patio with mountain views, though the screen door kept getting stuck and one of the patio chairs had a leg that made it wobble badly, which wasn't a big deal to me to be honest. The hotel is nestled between college apartment complexes, which got a bit loud on the weekends but that's to be expected. The hotel was quiet at all other times though. The staff was nice and respectful. Computer and printer in lobby, breakfast was nice in the mornings. The hotel manager towed several cars parked in the hotel lot by students at APTs next door during my stay, so you might want to get a parking space that's away from other cars when you park. Overall a great stay here, though my time was spent mostly in the mountains! Thanks to the staff for their work.

Liked the little patio outside the room. Nice parking close to room. Excellent free breakfast. The room was a little run down with a broken closet door and it took a long time to get the water hot. The pool was lovely.

This property is perfect for the Buff parent. You can walk to campus .only a few blocks from Pearl St. Pedestrian walk. Nice staff pool hottub gym and breakfast. The only thing i didnt was the lighting in room was dim. No microwave and no coffee in lobby

Property is old and not well maintained --- because of Covid no housekeeping unless requested but shower curtain still had hair and dried up shampoo/soap from previous guest on it. Not worth the money.

Very clean and nice decor. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was good but would have liked hash browns with the eggs. Loved the fresh berry fruit salad and coffee. The private balcony over looking the pool was also very nice.

This is a great little hidden gem in Boulder. I loved the seating areas outside of rooms, easy access to shopping and food, and great staff. Great location next to CU campus. Love this one!

Just so-so.

Have stayed here before, so surprised that rooms weren’t cleaned in any way for our 2 night stay. Family of 3, booked as 3 people yet towels lacking, slim toiletries for 3 people. Was told there was a sign in the room explaining the lack of housekeeping but none of our group of 3 could find it. Retrieved towels from front desk myself. On the positive nice breakfast. Probably won’t book here in the future.
