"Lovely setting with many pools and bars. The swim up rooms are particularly lovely. I’ve been here before but the Sandy Villas was Adults Only then, and we ate in a smaller restaurant. A shame that’s changed as the big restaurant is too big and noisy. The à la carte restaurants are lovely."

"Was fantastic, the staff brilliant the food quality amazing. We did eat in 2 of the restaurants but the buffet was the best I’ve had for an all inclusive. I know some people have mentioned not on the beach it’s a 2min walk max from the exit of the resort where the bar is so yes a small walk to get a drink. But on the beach the hotel has its own sun beds and area. I would say only fault but understand at the restaurant not all options include and extra charge for those options they give a 30% discount I feel it should be the difference of the cheapest include option personal. But would definitely go again. We had the hotel airport shuttle yes a little more than booking separate but worth it for the service and ease of it."

"We had a sea view room on the first floor and this was clean staff attentive only issue is lack of draw space just shelves but this is minor pools were good and we had no problems getting sun beds there are 2 bars. We did not go to evening entertainment and although we had breakfast included decided to go out up the road rather than the morning bun fight of a buffet - we would stay here again if we were back in messonghi"

"We had a lovely holiday. The apartment was great, Paulina was a great host who couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. The views from the apartment were superb. I would recommend a car if you are looking to stay here. The Pool area was very well maintained and normally very quiet."

"Excellent hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again. My only disappointment was the hotel spa which doesn't belong to hotel but is onsite and offer services whilst you are at pool. I booked 2 treatments and they asked for payment upfront (whilst booking you in while you are relaxing at pool). Unfortunately I went for my treatments and they only did one, claiming I hadn't got them both booked - even though I gave the receipt to spa manager and was fully paid. They made me feel awkward especially after a lovely 1st treatment and the spa managers attitude was awful. Eventually she realised the mistake after making me feel I was incorrect and reluctantly gave me a refund after I asked for this as I couldn't schedule in 2nd treatment as I was going home day after. I felt really upset after this experience and therefore spoke to the hotel reception team. They were lovely and even had a surprise for me in my room to cheer me up of champagne. They even gave me a late checkout as an apology on behalf the spa. It was first year this spa was linked to the hotel and I just hope for the hote's sake the spa manager is put on a course of customer service and treat customers better so it doesn't tarnish the hotels reputation. I still give 5 out 5 for review based on just the hotel and not including spa. Hence the detailed review for spa."
