"Very good thing about the hotel was breakfast, we had to wait 2 hours in the hot sun for our room to get ready toilets were a bit shaky. We also had an incident where we came back from main city Chefchaouen and we came back to take a shower and found there was no water. The pool was very nice though it was a bit dirty. Overall it was a bad stay besides breakfast."

"The staff was so lovely and welcoming. The room was well appointed and simply decorated. It is well located in the bottom half of the Medina which is helpful for people with walking difficulties. Chaouen is not made for those actually, the stairs are steep and the streets are unevenly paved."

"Lovely apartment with kitchenette, spacious bathroom, spacious living room and nice comfy big bed. Really great price for the area and has parking right out the front. For us it was a perfect location being out of the centre as we had a car but if you don’t have a car it is close enough to get into the main centre by walking or taxi. "We had a great couple of nights stay. We were greeted by Othman who was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay as were the other staff but Othman provided us with a great walking itinerary that covered all the main attractions and also some great restaurant recommendations. The location is slightly west of the Medina but was an easy walk to get there. It is handy to the CTM station if you are arriving/leaving by bus."
