Location, location and location! The best location. The only cons were the hallway carpets were very dirty and the recycle/ trash trucks were coming every early morning to the alley to pick up the trash/ recyclables and it was so loud, even closed windows were not helping.

The entry process needs to be revamped. I had to wait over an hour to get my access code worked out because the website was not working, and there was a woman behind me that had the same issue and had to sit in the lobby for three hours trying to figure out her code number for her door. It’s a terrible system, and it needs to be redesigned, otherwise the entire place was lovely.

This was a wonderful little room in a perfect location. The problem was that we did not get the room we paid for, and the person on site did not have the ability to fix it. So, we are still trying to get a refund for the difference between the rooms.
