Hotel is built right over a busy highway. Incredible noisy and room vibrations even on a high floor. This information about hotel above the highway not shared on websites. We were double billed at the hotel lobby bar and possibly scammed by hotel bar clerk. We reported the incident to management and are waiting for reimbursement.

This hotel served our needs well. Convenient location, clean and quiet enough. We had breakfast included, and the selection was great, food good. On site restaurant was pleasant and had good food. Not the best view (Mass Pike) but we were there to see a concert and visit old friends, so it didn’t matter. Buff’s Pub across the street was amazing, I’d spent many Friday nights there in my 20’s and the wings are as good as I remember!

On site parking was great. Rooms were comfortable though I did have a uncomfortable experience of being in a room where the sound of running water was apparent all night. The staff did offer to change room but itself a difficult proposition to move as I was leaving anyway the next day. Hospitality of staff was variable - so perhaps more training.

I had to stay there for 27 days. Bad experience. The coffee-maker in the room was broken. They replaced it by another broken. The third one was working. Then, they would not leave in the room coffee and I had to go the main lobby to get coffee which was many times empty. I complained several times but their ears had a short memory of a day or two. They clean the room on a daily basis, however, the windows on the outside were never washed and I could hardly see the outside through the windows clearly. The space was too small for a lengthy stay. A very small desk, I could hardly place my laptop and be able to put my notes.

I stayed in this hotel for five nights and had a wonderful experience. The King Bed room was perfect for one person—clean and tidy. I was concerned about potential noise based on other reviews, but my room was away from the highway, which made for a peaceful stay. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The location is both safe and convenient. If I revisit Boston, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

I was staying in there for a whole week and it used to be good, buut cleaning service wasn’t done every day, sometimes they missed. I felt some marijuana smell even the hotel is a smoke-free one

The hotel sits over a major highway. The cars and trucks speeding under the hotel made it a bit noisy. Bring ear plugs if not the hotel has some. Other than that a pretty good stay.

This hotel was perfect for a one night stay nearby a business meeting. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. There was an issue with the thermostat in the original room I was booked in. I requested a different room and the staff happily made the change. They checked with me via text to make sure that everything was okay. I noticed that while the hotel is in good shape that many of the fixtures in the bathroom were loose from wear. It would be good of the rooms were checked and repaired when necessary. The hotel sits directly over Rte. 90. The room I stayed in was on the sixth floor. I could faintly could hear traffic on this busy highway. The road noise picked up in the early morning coinciding with morning commuters into Boston. None of this was unexpected. The hotel room was a good value and I would stay there again.

Breakfast is good to very good. There’s a good choice and the quality is very good. Depending on which side of the hotel your room is situated it can be very noisy with sounds from the passing trains or traffic on the Pike.

The only complaint I have was the sheets and mattress pad were very stained, but otherwise this hotel is amazing and I would like to stay here again. The staff was unbelievable so nice!!!
