The front desk agent was utterly clueless at check in, serving as concierge at a snail’s pace giving the guests in front of us a ridiculous amount of time giving dining and tour suggestions while a line of guests was assembling wanting to check in after a long travel day. She had no awareness that she should have asked the guests if they could continue their conversation after she had checked everyone in who was waiting in the lobby.
