Beautiful views. Attached to a mall/shopping options. Yard house that stays open late. Even tho they have many levels to the hotel you dont have to wait for an elevator because they have plenty which is a PLUS. Loved staying here. Will definitely stay here again if the price is right

I would just like to express my disappointment with my stay. First, my room keys wouldn't work and had to be let in by security while they are explaining that the lock on my room is old and doesn't work anymore with the new keys. Why rent the room if your customers cannot get into it? The next issue is I was issued a handicap room. Why? I didn't book a handicap room? Then the shower faucet would not stay in one place. If I got the water to be warm and not scolding and let go of it, it would move all the way to hot and scold me. On top of that, the water damn system that you have in the shower simply doesn't work. The entire floor was covered with water. I had to clean it all up after my shower this morning. This is not what l expect to experience for over $300 a night. Please do something about this. In my opinion, I would request a full refund. Do better Marriott.

This is a fine property but they don’t have in-room dining and you order from a restaurant on the property. This is fine and the food was fine (we only had breakfast in the room) but they send it up in such wasteful packaging. Everything comes in plastic containers and bags and it’s just so so wasteful.

Very slow check-in. Staff Mixed up and assigned a different room than what was reserved. Difficult and timely to get correct room. Very nice property, excellent location, but staff is well bellow what is expeced.

The room was clean and modern thouugh quite small. The main advantage of this hotel was the attachment to a mall and closeness to the various universities. The staff were very friendly and responsive as well. I would definitely stay here again.

I go to Anime Boston every few years and this is a great choice for your stay ( close to venue, open til early morning, parking included option, and Pool for those long walking days)
