"Wow, what a find. Changed hotels last minute for a winter trip because the prices were plummeting. So glad we did. The Dagny is about as good as it gets. Super hip property. Dig the art deco vibe. Got upgraded by Dina at check-in to an amazing room on the 13th floor. Turns out it faced the harbor and had the best view you could get. We never saw anyone on our floor aside from the super fast, friendly and efficient housekeeping staff. We never had to wait for a elevator, kinda unique in a bit city. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Room was great. Very clean, no damage or funk. Very large and tastefully appointed. One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in anywhere in the US. Bed was so-so, and a bigger fridge would be nice for left overs late night snacks. The onsite restaurant is outstanding. Seriously the best spot in the area. Roasted chicken and chowder are epic, service is solid and the atmosphere is perfect. One of the best meals we had on our trip. Room credit worked fine for coffee in the morning at the coffee shop behind the check in desks. They had a lot of nice looking pastries if you're into that sort of thing, too. So glad we found the The Dagny. I would not hesitate to stay again, and book the King Premier room outright. Totally worth it."
