"Room had a relatively fresh floor. The room wasn't super clean, but smelled like bleach when I got there and for the first few hours as I aired it out. Shower was poorly designed from a water flow perspective. AC worked well, but was quite loud as it kicked on(which it cycled on and off a lot)."

"Staff was accommodating and helpful answered to questions about the facilities hours of operation from breakfast hours to pool hours to gym and laundry and pet areas. Parking in the night was well lit. The room was clean . Overall had a great experience."

"Great place to stay! Very clean, hardwood floors that were clearly washed prior to my arrival. Loved the in suite fridge and microwave. The little fitness center was also excellent with brand new equipment and had all the necessities. 2 great coffee machines with various creamers. Complementary water downstairs that was fresh. A great little place to stay nearby the airport. I called the shuttle service as I de-boarded and they promptly met me to pick me up within 10 minutes of my arrival!...

"Very large room with comfortable beds. Room came with small kitchen that was nicely stocked with the necessary cooking and serving items. Downside bathroom shower seemed small as compared to the room. Overall, a very nice stay."

"Room: Went on a Studio Suite with 2 Queen size(looks double though) beds. Beds have stains and not sure if it was cleaned before we came because we found some hairs and dirt. Staff: The morning guy at the front desk was rude after I politely asked for a towel because they only provided us 3 but I booked 4 people. The other ladies at the desk were nice. Also, the lady preparing breakfast was so nice and welcoming."

"The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial."
