"This hotel is in the middle of Shibuya action and about 15 minutes to the nearest train station. Shops and restaurants are within minutes. The hotel staff were very helpful. Specifically, I appreciated the staff's support in holding luggage and making taxi reservation on our behalf."

"This stay was simply perfect for us. I cannot think of any cons. Pros: - Spacious. Especially compared to other hotels in Japan we stayed.4 slept comfortably in their OWN beds (well, 2 were Japanese tatami, but it was fun and way more comfy than I thought). People can roam around freely without bumping to each other. :) - View. We were lucky to get a nice view of Tokyo Sky Tree right from the room (corner 8 floor). - Location. "Such a great place! Everything felt brand new, the staff was great and helped us with our luggage and storage. They had toys that we could borrow to the room that the kids loved. Perfect for them to keep occupied in the room. The beds were the most comfortable we had all our trip in Japan. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo."

"Good location to connect with subways and buses. On a bigger street, but no problem sleeping from outside noice. Worse with noise coming from neighbours though, but only one night. All in all it was a good accommodation for a group of four which allowed us together time to unwind without having to go out after a long day on the town. We’ll be doing this type of accommodation again next time. Illi has a an excellent host!"
