"I can't express how wonderful this place was to stay in! It's in Yotsuya which is a quieter neighborhood of Shinjuku. The property was immaculate and so comfortable and clean. I was so relieved and happy! I recommend to everyone! The shower pressure was amazing! The tv was easy to operate. For Americans.. watch the Haystack channel for good American style news coverage all day"

"Self check in was down, did multiple call were of no help after 1 hr. Meet another tourist who was able to commicate in Japanese and help to check in thru phone. Accommodation was near to train station and supermarket"

"Had a fantastic stay here with the family. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy! Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute. Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace. Highly recommend staying here."
