"Clean room, except top of ice bucket was very dusty. Comfy beds and pillows. One drawback and the reason for dropping down a star is that the shower is very slippery when wet and even more slippery when shampoo or soap is present. In addition, the soap and conditioner in the shower were empty and the shampoo was pretty much empty. Excellent service. Good breakfast options, as usual for Holiday Inn Express. "
