"All great thanks! - one suggestion I'd like to make Proof of room residence print out is fine to be paper - but if you simply laminate it / get laminate machine perhaps - then people can keep it in their pocket for swimming / valley of waves access. no need for constant reprints Not sure you have coms with valley of waves management but would be good it they restricted number of people in the main wave pool - especially stag do / lots of men / some bad behaviour / groping etc. allow space for surfing without getting knocked out etc."

"1. Insects galore 2. Wifi was broken 3. TV thus didnt work, 4. Aircon batteries dead 5. only chair in room was broken 6. Shower kept backing up so drainage issues 7. 1 plugpoint 8.Cup for coffee had non existent handle hold, even my pinky couldnt fit into gap 9. Overall play area was neglected( for years) 10. Reception didnt answer the 3 times we called, but eventually WA worked 11. Mostt of the rooms on our block connect onto a large awning, so no views Overall , NOT the best stay"

"Friendly and helpful staff- a daily game drive where we saw so much (lion, rhino, leopard, elephant, hippo, crocodile, giraffe, zebra, kudu, buck...). The only negative was beng charged for two extra tea bags and extra milk - to have tea in our room. Was not the cost just the principal. "

"The bed was comfortable and the surroundings were very nice, which gave a good first impression. The pool was fine, though it could definitely have been cleaner. Unfortunately, the room itself felt quite dated and the bathroom was not very clean, which took away from the overall comfort. The biggest disappointment came on our checkout day when there was no water at all, making it impossible to shower or even wash up. We had paid extra for a late checkout, but couldn’t use it because of the water issue. The staff were friendly and apologetic, and we were promised an email with a credit note — but we never received it. With a bit of maintenance, better cleaning, and improved communication, this hotel could be so much better. It has potential, but as it stands, it was a frustrating experience overall."
