The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we had to spend 40 euros everyday on taxi to go to and from train station - not a good location plus the experience was of a very basic hotel even though we paid the price for a luxury hotel."

"We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The cleaning staff were very attentive, and provided a wonderful service. Breakfast was great every day and the wait staff in the restaurant in the evening were fantastic. The two guys that ran the pool bar were awesome as well. Massages were great and we used the sauna and indoor thermal pool as well. We were sad to leave when we did but most certainly will be back. Ciao ciao."

"I don't want to hurt the ratings of this hotel but I wanted to explain a few things so that future guests understand a little more about the property. We booked a room with a king + 2 doubles for one single night as our last night in Italy before our 6 am 22 hr journey home. We wanted something comfortable and close to the airport so it seemed like a good choice, but I was a bit disappointed in a few things.
