"The hotel situated in the middle of Bournemouth. It doesn't have the lift, floors are creaking, room is clean but tired. In the room we have a small TV from 1980 era, this match the bathroom decor. There is kettle, to make your own coffee or tea and some biscuits which are the added bonus. The receptionist is a single man band, juggled queries alone, phone or walk in customers, which make it seems very rush in handling customers. The lady in the bar was very friendly. "We stayed in a family room (7) and chose it for the fact it has 2 separate sleeping areas divided by a curtain so plenty of space for everyone to get a good nights sleep. Each room has a tv. There’s an ensuite and also a separate WC. The decor in the main bedroom very pretty but the other room need a bit of paint to bring it up to the same and it also could have done with a fan.
