It seemed dark, but then it was raining and my eyes are bad in dark. Its a bit dated, cement foundation of outside is cracked. Nothing wrong but its probably 50 years old.

Super cool Ski motel! Cant beat the price and the people that run the place are super cool and kind. Will be a memorable experience for life! What fun! Had super hot water and a comfortable bed. Local shopping and ammenities all within 10 minutes. Adventure awaits!

This place Was Horrible! Room was old Musty! It has Mold Beware!! The Owners were not Nice at all!! It was Our Anniversary and this Place Is A Disaster! Do Not Stay Here!

Beautiful location along river with view of city, park and cycle/walk path. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. At first i wasn't sure the room had been made up because teash hadnt been emptied and bed wasn't all the way made, but it appeared clean otherwise. Lots of construction occurring along busy thoroughfares.

Eeh, I’d pass on a second stay
The room was musty and moist, the fridge was not plugged in so we could not actually use it, the shower curtain was moldy and the cold water did not turn on in shower so I was not able to bathe my child. The beds were very old and stiff and not comfortable at all. The man at the desk was the best part of the visit and that really didn’t help much. I am grateful that I was not staying in my car but it wasn’t much better then that

Had a very pleasant 3-day stay. This is an OLD-SCHOOL motor lodge. Complete with screen-doors and everything! Do not expect anything fancy or high-end. It is extremely rustic and antique. The joke we had was that we could imagine that Buddy Holly may have wrote a song in the room we were in! The service was friendly. And the price was fair. It got the job done. Beds and a bathroom. Very quiet. Nice rural setting.

Room was dark and damp. Sheets and blankets were sticky. Shower had really good water pressure. AC worked great.If the room had cost $55.00 per night i would have expected these things. Unfortunately I paid about $150.00 per night. I would think it would be much nicer for that price.

Just a stop over.
Arrived at the hotel at 3 in the afternoon. Room was still not ready. Heavy order of must from over the years. Had to leave the window open and AC on to ventilate the room. After awhile it was ok. If you want a hot shower this is the place to get one. Be careful with the shower settings or you will burn yourself. Fridge in the room was not working. Didn't try the mic. If your looking for just a place to stay to get off the road like I was this will do

I liked the location but for the price I expected it to be a bit nicer, for the appearance of the motel the price should be lower also there was no hot water available therefore my husband and I could not shower we had to heat up water in the microwave. Thank god we had empty water bottles to heat up the water in. This process was not comfortable or convenient.

The owner was ok but he wanted to charge me extra for my 15-year-old son. Most places let a 15 yr old be a child at no charge. Plus the place is WAY OUT OF THE WAY nowhere near the freeway. For the price that's all. I think if he had more business he would have not been so $$$. However, we had plenty of space for parking which was nice and it was quiet. Plus the town is charming so whatever.....

The room was at 50 degrees when I checked in. It took about 40 minutes for it to warm up to 68. That is too long to need to have to wear a jacket inside to be warm enough. The other oddity is the toilet and shower stall are in a separate little room. The sink is in the bedroom. While this is unusual, it is not a deal breaker.

Convenient Mid NH motel
Motel located with easy access to I-93 highway with a convenience/gas store next to it. Motel units are out in back away from office and away from noise of road. All one level, pull your car up to door of unit. Older structure with thin walls - you can hear people rattle or mumble in next unit, or hear cars drive into parking. But all was quiet during sleeping hours. Newer fridge, microwave, tv in room. Bathroom was all in working order. Unit was clean.

It is a room to sleep in. Nothing more. It wasn’t dirty but the room was old and put together by a high school carpenter.

Although the rooms appeared to be clean, they were very old and run down. There are no amenities of any kind and the room smelled musty and damp. The bathroom and shower were old and run down. At best good enough for an overnight emergency but not for a lengthy stay.

Good vintage motel
Good price, good service, clean rooms, lots of channels on the tv (cable) and loads of hot water. Only downside is the smell (musky) that is pretty strong, but turn on the A/C and the smell goes away with in 2 hours.

Needs a serious update not worth what we paid.
The staff was cordial and polite but for what the rates were we were expecting a little more comfortable bed/pillows/chair. Bathroom was serviceable but small. Heat didn't work well at all. Units could use good solid cleaning/paint/or upgrade. Walls need insulation to block out some of the noise of the other guests. I would describe this as a serviceable place to use the bathroom, take a shower and go to sleep (if the neighbors aren't too noisy) with minimum comfort and no extras.

The guy ignored me when I asked if I could modify the length of my stay, probably because no one stays there, and he needs every penny, so why refund me if I'm just going to never come back and write a negative review anyway how's this for a run-on sentence?

The room was small, old, and felt dirty. The walls were warped, maybe because of moisture. It was quiet, which was good, but definitely not worth the money!

Buyer beware. Affordable, but at a high cost. Very clean room and cleaned every day. Even the shower was clean. Needs updating badly, but comfortable. Room itself was exactly what we needed, a clean place to lay our heads for three days. Pool was not in order, very disappointing. Only stand up shower in our room, listed as a tub on hotels.come, disappointing. Microwave didn't work, also very disappointing. I brought food from home and we had leftovers to eat in order to save money but couldn't. Know what to expect. From the outside it looks like Norman Bates lives here. The second day here the police and ambulance came for our neighbors on the left. That afternoon I had to bring my kids inside because there was a man moaning very loudly a few doors down. 12 hours before check out the neighbors to the right were having s e x so hard that the head board banging on the adjoining wall woke me up. Great pizza place across the street and next door to Cumberland Farms. Great place to meet the person you are having an affair with or to live week to week when you are homeless. Wish I hadn't been so cheap and spent the 40 extra dollars to stay in a hotel with class and free continental breakfast.Buyer beware.
