"I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!"

"Even in the middle of the war hotel looked good and everyone was welcoming. Once the war ends, we plan to come for vacation and stay in this hotel. Our lux room was on two levels, very spacious. There was a dining table that we used to have a dinner with the family who lived in the area. We ordered from the restaurant. Food was good and reasonably priced."

"Hi fellow travellers, just to let you know that Hotel Rus, a 3* hotel, felt like a 4* and it was a welcome relief to come back to after a hard day's photography! I started my day with a fantastic shower that was like a HydroTherapy session - it was so hard, it felt rather like an Indian Head Massage - that got me off to a good start! "Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! "
