"Good, clean and comfortable hotel for a weekend away to do some walking. Friendly staff, good evening meal menu, good wine. Breakfast was a bit basic, and I would have welcomed some fresh fruit and decaf coffee. On the whole very good value for money. Nice quiet location too."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at Haus Bayerwald. From the time we checked in we felt genuinely welcomed. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was a kitchenette so we could prepare breakfast and meals. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant. The indoor swimming pool was great, too. But the best part was the friendliness of the staff. We'll be back!"
