"I loved the location close to the E-Werk venue. The hotel was safe and very clean which are very important. My German isn’t very good and the staff was polite and patient with me. The lobby, gathering areas, rooms, and property are attractive. My only complaint, and not a big deal, was the food options in the evening down at the bar were limited."

"We had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, near Cologne cathedral and train stations. Great amenities although we wished they had laundry services. Highly recommend! "
