"Excellent hotel, staff and location. Only negative, parking was free but on departure we were charged by the car park attendant who said it wasn’t included. We have requested a refund on this. This did slightly disappoint was was a fabulous stay otherwise."

"Nice place to stay. Location is not so much the problem as is the city itself. But this hotel makes up for it. Nice spacious room, comfortable bed, and good bathroom. Quiet and comfortable, perfect for getting through a night. Would stay here again."

"Hotel 5 bintang yg baik. Kolam renang yg besar dan sesuai utk keluarga atau pasangan. Cuma club lounge hotel ini tidak memuaskan & tidak dilokasi yg baik dan perlu dipertingkatkan seiring dgn hotel & rangkaian pengurusan hotel yg bertaraf antarabangsa. Akan melawat hotel ini di masa akan datang."

"Much better area of Lahad Datu, compared to town closer to airport. Lots of small shops and a good supermarket below hotel. Area feels relatively safe and we enjoyed the Night Market for dinner (although we were very much a spectacle for locals who are not used to tourists). Hotel itself is reasonably modern, good size bathroom and shower. Beds were OK for comfort and air con worked OK. There is a lot of noise from the streets and shops around, especially on the nights of the night markets until...
