"Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen. Es wird alles dem Selbstlauf überlassen. Vieles was repariert gehört und vor allem in den Gemeinschaftsküchen gehört mehr Ordnung und Sauberkeit rein. Man kann den Gästen nicht alles überlassen. Ein WLan gibt es, aber nicht auf dem Zimmer (2) und der dazugehörigen Küche. Nicht einmal Internet mit dem eigenen Telefon. Die Rezeption ist nicht wie angekündigt in den Zeiten besetzt, um nicht zu sagen: überhaupt nicht. Wenn man angemeldet ist, wird...

"I like the location of this place, but noisy at night. Washroom is clean. Bed is also good and comfortable. Carpet is very bad looking. But no smell."

"As is oft said in Germany "Alles ist in ordnung" A most excellent hotel. Good breakfast. All staff very professional. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast room staff who seem to have a good eye on guest needs ; for instance very helpful to children in need of help with counter height"

"Our room was very clean and was kept clean during our stay. Supplies were replenished as needed except for disposable wash cloths. When we asked at the front desk for them clerks looked confused even though they were in little boxes that clearly have "wash cloth" printed on them. We had a balcony but it was on the back side of the building. If we were to return I would ask for a room facing the street. Breakfast was good but expensive! We thought there would be other locations near the hotel to buy it but that was not the case. If you're a breakfast eater look for a package that includes it."

"I had forgotten that my room would actually be more like a studio apartment, and I adored the setup! A REWE is quite close, so I was able to purchase some food and store it in the fridge. The location is convenient to the Bahnhof, shopping, and restaurants, and it didn't take very long for me to walk to the Peace Hall, St. Paulus-Dom, and the University. I was in town for a conference, and my little apartment felt like a home away from home!"
