"Sadly Hamilton suffers from social economical struggles in some areas. They do however have a vibrant art scene and beautiful trails. This hotel was perfect and adds a positive to the area"

"The perfect place and location for McMaster graduation stay. Room was huge, very clean and updated. We did not use the kitchen but it looked quite well appointed. Beds were comfortable with good pillows and bedding. Service was excellent! The front desk called us around 9:30, just to ensure we had everything we needed! The complimentary breakfast the next morning was great with lots of variety. A 12 pm checkout was perfect as my daughter’s graduation ended at 11:30, so we didn’t have to checkout...

"The only thing that would need improvement was the shower floor. Don’t seem to be installed properly. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed with the breakfast offerings. The best we’ve ever seen to date! "

"This is a great hotel. Only 5 month's old at the time of our stay. I think we had a room that no one had stayed in. Great service and really nice and fresh breakfast. Each room has a Keurig machine. The gym is small with a universal machine z weights to 40Lbs, 2 benches, and a few cardio machines but you can get a decent workout "

"The room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel was very appealing. The workers friendly. Only problem I had was in our bathroom. The toilet paper dispenser was out of reach when sitting in the toilet. The shower should have had a hand held sprayer. "

"Great room for the price. Staff are pleasant. Breakfast was a good spread, well stocked, and good amount of seating. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, lots of towels and other items provided. Bathroom was in good condition. Wifi worked well. Close to QEW and Burlington GO, so easy to get around. Overall a good room and facilities for the price."

"The lovely lady at check in put me on the dirst floor. Long day and she didn’t want me to have to take the stairs Also i left my pillow there. I would be greatful if they would put my name on it and i will pick up . Breakfast was delicious!"
