"The staff was amazing at the hotel and working through a difficult building. The building is falling down. They do not have extra towels or pillows, the pool is broken.
The hotel was extremely clean and the staff just fantastic. They are completely let down by ownership as ownership has allowed this hotel to begin falling apart.
Pool hasn’t worked in years, elevator makes very concerning noises, food is scarce. Our shower has a broken door, tears in the carpet, furniture was very old and falling apart. The staff continued to smile and offer what they can do.
Photos must be AI because it looks similar to the ones online but a lot of doctoring to make it look beautiful.
We will stay at the Hilton next time. I hope the other Hotels scoop up these amazing employees and bring them into the fold when this hotel closes because the owner chooses not to do anything to upkeep this property."
