Very very very very loud music from across the street, made my stay a nightmare, impossible to block out, making it impossible to relax in the hotel for 3 of the nights and all day Saturday from 15:00 to 24:00

Nice hotel near wine museum
This Aparthotel is mainly a student accommodation and only a part of the rooms are rented out as hotel rooms. Our room was big and clean but didn‘t have air conditioning. Make sure not to book a small room if you need a proper bed because the less expensive rooms only have a sofa bed which is not very comfortable. The hotel is next to a tram stop and the city center can be reached by foot within 40 minutes (nice walk along the river). Cars can be safely parked behind the hotel (about 12 Euros per night)

Extremely good value.
The apartment hotel was easily accessed with clear instructions on how to find the key for a late check in. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious accommodation. The desk was big enough to work comfortably on and the kitchen area was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable with a light weight Duvet already in place for the summer. The room does have a fan, although no A/C. Keep your curtains shut during the day, and the room is cool enough to sleep with the fan on and the window open. The location is ideal - in the heart of the old town, near a tram stop and with a secure paid parking garage just across the road. Les Halles De Bacalan cater for every dining need and is a popular hangout less than 5 minutes walk away. And then there is the wine museum... you're going to need to stay longer!

We were visiting Bordeaux for 4 nights in late September. The apartment hotel is very close to the wine museum Cite du Vin and great market&food hall. Just opposite the museum. Great place to have a bite to eat. The apartment hotel was only 5min walk from both. The hotel does have parking available for a small fee and a very basic laundry downstairs. Quiet building and neighborhood. Carrefour shop just a couple blocks away. For some reason the building corridors were extremely hot and made our unit warm also. With no aircon we had to keep window open but had to close it for the night. Our unit was very spacious and could have fitted a small couch. Kitchen did not have a microwave or oven, only a fixed hot plate. Wouldn't call this fully equipped. Shower and bathroom was great. Would we stay here again, probably not. Also notable is that the building is partly a student housing.

A student room, not a hotel
This place is best avoided. It 's not a hotel, it's student rooms rented out as apartments. The building is a concrete box with metal sheeting outside, which works as an oven. Plus, there's no air conditioning, barely any ventilation and it has all the charm of a concrete box. Even though it labels itself as an apartment, it lacks a sofa or seats, or even a dinner table: dinner for two is a "romantic" huddle over a sort-of desk.

Comfortable room with adequate amenities. Kitchen has the basic equipment required to prepare simple meals/snacks. Excellent location next to Rue Achard tram station (frequent B line tram into city centre) and local eateries within easy walking distance. As mentioned in previous reviews the reception is not open 24 hours - We informed hotel via email about our late arrival time and received very clear instructions about accessing hotel and room. All very straight forward. Reception team were friendly and helpful. I think the Teneo offers excellent value for money and we would definitely stay there again.

Location is just outside the city and the tram is just outside the door so very convenient. Love the walk on the promenade and close to restaurants. Easy and convenient close to Cite du vin and you have parking for 8€. Deal! Location is great to jump on the highway to wine country. Service is great, breakfast too and they speak English which is a bonus.

Nice Hotel, close to the Musee du Vin in a new district of Bordeaux. Closed to downtown with a trolley right outside the Hotel. Friendly staff, clean, quiet and a pleasant breakfast. I will be back

Good budget choice
Good budget choice, clean comfortable rooms and ensuite. Housekeeping is only every three days. Tram stops are very close, Rue Achard and Citie du Vin stops are only three mins walk in either direction. When returning at night, BEWARE of scooter mounted bag snatchers operating in the area.

Clean rooms, good location and friendly staff
Good location with tram stop 2 minute walk from the front of the hotel. Clean rooms with good facilities and friendly staff who are happy to help. Local area is being extensively redeveloped to expand the new city quarter development. Local Carrefour City about 10 minutes walk away, pharmacy about 1 minute walk away. Interesting artist's area next door with works on show to the public. Very pleased for the price and would happily stay there again.

Very good. Although we were there for business we did have a chance to walk around the local area in the evening and there is a lot to see. The local area is going through a period of regeneration so things will probably get even better as time goes on, but even now there are interesting things within a couple of minutes walk, like the Industrial/Steampunk/Dieselpunk art workshop next door, the Wine centre and the Quay des Marques along the edge of the river, especially at night when the new bridge towers light up. As a bonus the tram lines run right outside the door, so its a doddle to get into Bordeaux centre without any parking worries. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and has all the amenities needed, if you're lucky you get get a room with a view of the river. Secure parking is extra, but worth it if you've got valuable stuff (e.g. tools) in the car. Would gladly stay there again

Hotel is just in front of the metro station Forum in line B. Very easy to get around. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only problem is that is just just next to the cinema and in front of the metro line. It is a bit noisy at night.

This hotel was ideal for me near the tram line and a good size apartment. However, the hotel was unbearably hot. There was no air conditioning, I would only consider staying there again if they install air conditioning, which they have said they will do before next season.

Very good accommodation for price
The location is interesting; in an old industrial area currently undergoing major re-urbanisation. Very close to the beautiful new Cite du Vin. There is a small art workshop opposite that had a great outdoor concert while we were there - worth a visit! No shops nearby, but the tram to centre is a short walk away and is fast and comfortable. Rook would benefit from air conditioning, as open windows let in mosquitoes. Overall, a good value for money stay.

Points positifs: l’accueil du personne, la superficie du studio (23m2) Points négatifs: Dans le côté cuisine, la moitié de la vaisselle était sale (plus précisément les couverts), le parterre en dessous du frigo était pas lavé (il y avait des tâches jaunâtres). Dans le côté chambre, les lampes étaient juste poussiéreuses, le chauffage était pas propre (des tâches marrons sur le haut). Dans le côté salle de bain, le fond des toilettes était complètement noir (obligé de mettre des pastilles de javel pour retirer le plus de tartre), le robinet du lavabo a été lavé à moitié (il y avait des tâches jaunâtres sur les côtés) Remarques: on nous donne à disposition un balais mais SANS ramassette. Aucun séchoir pour la vaisselle (obligé de prendre la passoire à salade en guise de séchoir). Aucun personnel de l’hôtel nous a prévenu du passage du technicien pour l’entretien des rideaux. Résultat, le technicien s’est permis de rentrer dans le studio sans toquer et nous a surpris en train de nous déshabillez (ma femme et moi) ce qui est scandaleux. Il nous a confirmé qu’il est rentré une première fois sans que nous soyons dans le studio. Je reste dubitatif pour la promotion de cet hébergement. Il y a beaucoup de choses à améliorer. Dommage.

Environnement bruyant tard dans la nuit
Hôtel confortable, mais environnement très bruyant ! L'absence de climatisation et la chaleur obligent à ouvrir la fenêtre, d'où bruit omniprésent (circulation tram notamment) et invasion de moustiques... Petit déjeuner copieux pour compenser une nuit pas très reposante, du coup !
