"Everything you need, clean tidy and not a bad location with the tram nearby. Staff were excellent and everything went smoothly. We were given access to the secure car park upon arrival which made taking our luggage to our room much easier."

"Hotel itself was lovely, modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room , booked for a family of 4 was very cramped and not really accommodating for 4. A family of 3 yes, but way too small for 4. We had a double bed, single sofa bed and mattress on the floor all in a standard double ..."
