Front Desk was too busy when we arrived at her desk, she didn't even tell us to sit first and wait while she was busy with something i don't know, to mention her co-front desk too. Rooms got nothing even soap or tissue, you'll have to ask and go down again. They don't know how to apologize for their negligence. Serving crew and guard are okay, they are better than those assign in the front desk. Even for foreign people, wow, their too lazy to smile and greet... They forgot they got their salary because of the people who trusted them to be in their service. And we lost around 500 or more pesos, crew got into our rooms for make up without us, our things was scattered there, we left our door in "don't disturb" but still they got in. Their reason is maybe it was turned by the air to make up room. And they don't have breakfast pack for those who leave earlier than their breakfast schedule. Front Desk Staff are too lazy to accommodate people coming to their hotel. We almost got the chance to talk with the boss, but we choose not... we were thinking then that they might lost their job. But now, i think it's better for them to hire new and better staff... it will just ruin their business. We know how business goes with staff like that, that's the reason maybe, they got few customers...
