While one of the desk clerks was very apologetic, I had to wait until 3:40 before my room was ready; that is not acceptable. "Sorry I had to give Marriott Hotel these “terrible” reviews… When you arrive at 23:00 and have an important appointment next morning, early morning that is, the last thing you want to hear from the Receptionist is that there are no rooms available for you, despite you have paid in advance for it. ..."

"The day we arrived no AC, the WIFI for streaming is terrible constant interruptions. The pictures they advertise of the hotel especially for the bedrooms are only for the newly updated rooms they are doing now. NOT all the rooms are like that. Very disappointed with this hotel I do not recommend ..."
