"Nice little place. We were in the first floor room so the Tavern was literally out our window. Not the most private, but overall fine. The toilet and shower were very small and the table was a folding tv tray so it worked for a place to sleep for a few days, but not a place to stay for a week. 0 interaction with people which was convenient but a bit annoying when you run out of towels. Location is great for walking to food, bars, and the pier."

"All the cords were unplugged, don’t know why but it was a pain getting everything to work. Balcony was so peaceful just watching the coming and going of the boats and the people. Beautiful weather."

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Greenleaf Inn! The inn was immaculate, comfortable, and such a welcoming place to come back to after a day of exploring. Our host was wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was the amazing view overlooking the harbor. Being able to look out and watch all the boats coming and going was so peaceful and really made our stay feel special. We’re so glad we chose the Greenleaf Inn and would absolutely stay here again!"

"The location is unmatched. Right on the bay, the views were spectacular. The problem comes with the cleanliness and upkeep of the place. Our room was ready when we arrived by they forced us to wait until the dot of check-in time to access it. When we went inside our room, it was obvious the room had been sitting dormant for a while. Two wine glasses were sitting on the floor by a table with caked-on dried wine. On walks around the property, it was obvious some amenity locations were in need of refurbishment but they weren't high-use places so it didn't seem like the staff cared. Overall, you can't beat the location. At one time it was probably the crown jewel of Boothbay but they also appear to be resting on their laurels a bit. I would probably return, but with a bit lower expectations. You're booking it for the views and location."
