"Didn’t figure out the AC/heat system until the morning. Bright lights in parking lot were bothersome since curtains didn’t close."

"Our stay at Sleep Inn was extremely disappointing. We booked and paid for an entire week, yet the manager threatened to kick us out despite having a reservation for the full duration of our stay. It was incredibly unprofessional and stressful to be treated this way when we had already made arrangements and expected to be able to stay for the time we paid for. The way management handled the situation was unacceptable. Guests should be treated with respect, especially when they have a confirmed...

"Great staff always a good stay here!!!"

"The hot tub was under maintenance and only 1 elevator was working."

"Very clean with shopping close by"

"the property was so unkept that I didn't even check in I got another motel it looked dangerous and dirty"

"The young lady that set up breakfast (her name was Patricia?) Was so accommodating. She got me extra hot water for my special protein oatmeal and got diet syrup for my diabetic brother inlaw. She the. Let me know about the hard boiled eggs and strawberries and blueberries. She just made our difficult diet restrictions so easy."

"The room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious. I only have 1 request. Cinnamon rolls. My daughters love them!"

"Excellent go to place when we travel to Connecticut. Always great....even this time. However, they are in the middle of a renovation so things are a bit out of sorts. No breakfast but they are giving a voucher for the place next door. Good place for a quiet nights sleep."

"The front desk staff was very nice. Parking was ample because of the overflow parking in the separate lot. The beds were comfortable but small (doubles). The bathroom was very small, almost claustrophobic. Breakfast was decent from 6am to 9am: Cereal, waffle machine, yogurt, eggs, sausage, tea and coffee. The hotel backs onto a plaza, close to a gas station and highway for easy travel access."

"The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, we had an issue with our toilet and somebody immediately came up and fixed it."
