"Beautiful room, spacious and comfortable. Clean room, would definitely stay again!"

"Location to Grandfather Mountain was great. A/C was great. Kitchen does not have some basic utensils and is not fully supplied (as advertised) - fortunately there is a Food Lion nearby where we bought what should have been supplied. Sofa and chairs did not feel clean and we put a sheet over the sofa. Beds and bed linens were good and clean. But, great place to have a family get-together to attend the nearby Highland Games at Grandfather Mountain."

"The staff was wonderful. From the red headed gentleman that checked us in, to the young gentleman that was cleaning the lobby (he was the most thorough, nice person on the trip 10/10). Downfall was things that couldn’t necessarily be helped. Dogs whining in rooms, very loud noisy upstairs neighbor late into the night (tried to call, phone didn’t work). WiFi didn’t work. Just made for a long day/night."

"The room was super clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and incredible view of the mountains. Our food at The Table st Crestwood Inn was very tasty however the menu is limited. We were told it was a cooked to order breakfast however, it was cooked fresh but it was a fixed menu with only 1 option. There were no sugar free condiments available. We will go back as it was a quiet relaxing stay. I would love to check out the Spa in my next visit."

"The property was absolutely beautiful, room was divine. The only thing was there was noooo staff when we arrived at 7pm and didn’t see any in the morning either when we left at 10! I don’t mind a self check in but without the heads up it was extreme. Another guest had to let us in. We did not know our exact room so we literally got on their computer and found the booking ourselves and found the key. It went smoothly considering the circumstances but I can see how it could have gone...

"The property was nice. There were no onsite food options, or even coffee. There was not desk to work at. This hotel is not for the business traveler. It would be a great place to vacation and relax. It has a kitchen, small stove and fridge so you could fend for yourself. The area is beautiful but the roads leading to it have a lot of switchbacks."

"The room was clean. There could be improvements for safety. The back door was propped open with rocks at night and the trash cans overflowing. I had to use the washer, but a non guest was using it and the dryer was out of order when I returned."

"We absolutely love this hotel, the staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean. The rooms are very spacious and you don’t feel on top of eachother. The location is wonderful, very close to my son’s dorm! We love this property and we’ve stayed many times while visiting Boone!"

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It felt like coming home. It was so close to everything. We had a double queen room with a Mountain View and it was perfect. Everyone we talked to that worked there was so awesome! Will definitely stay again on our next mountain adventure!"
