"What was unfortunately not clear from the booking was that the hotel was in the middle of renovations. The pool was not available, only one of the two TVs in our room worked, and the TV Guide button did not work, requiring a manual search through a printed channel guide that we had to go get from the front desk - all factors related to the renovations. On the other hand, when we requested a different room, the staff was very helpful and even provided a room upgrade at no extra charge. The complementary breakfast was pretty good for the typical hotel breakfast offering, and the 24 hour coffee in the lobby was very nice. I'm sure that when renovations are complete, this will be a very pleasant stay, and it was OK despite those factors."
