"Only about an 8-minute drive to Legoland. I enjoyed having a one-bedroom suite with free parking and breakfast included. Plus, the staff was very friendly and attentive."

"The receptionist were all very nice and sweet. Sadly when I asked for my room to be cleaned and sheets be changed before we left for the day, I was disappointed to see that our room had not been serviced at all. Then when I brought it to their attention they just offered to give me the sheets so I could change them myself! Breakfast was also disappointing. We went down by 7:30 and they were already out of several food items. They shared that they were low staff and fully booked. I wish they would focus on giving people a positive experience rather thank filling up the hotel when they don’t have the personal."

"It looks good from the street, but… lots of late night activity happening, stinky bathrooms (I switched rooms), and overall sleaziness. Might not even be worth the low price "

"Overall not bad. Initially I booked the room because it said it was a double queen with a separate sitting area. Turns out it wasn’t. I showed the front desk the pictures and how it said separate seating area, he said it wasn’t right. I just let it go. Staff was friendly though. There was construction going on next to the hotel. Our room was right next to it. So it was a bit noisy even at night. Water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. Probably because we were on the 4th floor. But, with all that said, the room was clean and staff friendly. "

"It is clear that everyone that works there enjoys their job. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and checked in often. The lady who worked in the kitchen was constantly moving and refilling items. She made sure the breakfast area was stocked and clean the whole morning. Very kind staff. Very clean inside and out. There were no weird smells trying to hide odors. Very nice location! I would absolutely recommend anyone stay here. Very close to so many things. My only issue is with Hilton. They could do better with their mattresses. Every Hilton chain we stay at lately has had the hardest beds. "

"We were placed in a room that should have been out of service for maintenance. The bathroom door was only attached by two hinges, there was hair on the bathroom wall, and a tile was missing. The TV was also not connected to the internet and could not be used. When we contacted the front desk, we were told these were known maintenance issues and that maintenance would not be available until Tuesday, even though we checked in on Sunday. We chose to stay in the room only because we were traveling with family and wanted to remain nearby. The staff response over the weekend felt dismissive, with little urgency to address the concerns. We did not receive an apology until checkout. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of response made this a disappointing stay."
