"Room was very hot. Eileen got us a fan - but it wasn't very powerful or helpful. Was better than nothing! We couldn't open one of the windows more than an inch or two. Being American - if there is a "trick" to opening the windows - it would be helpful if that is communicated."

"The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. ..."
