"I loved the room provided even though it was last minute. The staff were very accommodating and so professional. They were helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. "When we arrived at the counter for checking in, we asked the agent for the wifi password. She replied, we cannot provide you with the wifi because your stay was booked through a third party and not directly with the hotel. Very dissatisfied, while everything else was okay. The hallway carpet needs to be renovated smells terrible.
