"If you think about to stay at this hotel at off season, remember this, the front desk close early. The door to the front desk is locked when we arrived around 5:00 pm. We got our envelope with the key to get to our room. We had to go around to find it as the direction indicated on the map included with the envelope was not clear. No ice machine, you want ice, they sell it (when they are open). Around this area the is almost no option to buy food. Most of the place to order to deliver won’t take the order because the hotel is too far from the downtown. You will have to drive about 20 minutes to downtown to buy food or dine in. Will not be back."

"Great spot to stay, excellent location to the beach and downtown Perce. The staff were friendly and spoke both English and French. The location was great with walking access to all amenities with ample parking. If you stay here definitely ask for a room with a view in the lower lot as they have a part of the hotel across the street with no view. We stayed in the off season and the price was fair, however in high season depending on the price this might lack some amenities for the cost. There was no pool, gym, or breakfast. There is an attached restaurant however it operates separately and was closed both days we were there. Worth staying at for sure but pack accordingly the town has limited restaurants and no gas stations, definitely a small town with a magnificent view."
