"Room 223 was poorly designed. We had paid for a king-sized bed, but what we found was smaller. The layout, with the shower, bathtub, sink, and bed all crammed into one space, was ridiculous. Having the toilet positioned directly in front of the bed was awful! Additionally, the coffee machine didn't work."
