"The hotel was perfect and a real wow factor when you first see it. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the old town, so great location. We arrived into Leon by train and there were no taxis, and a long line of people. We ended up walking to the hotel, as you cannot order a taxi to the station ( a very strange system) and no uber or bolt. Its only 20 minutes walk, but if you have a lot of luggage it may not be so easy"

"I had a wonderful stay at Hospedería Pax. The staff were incredibly friendly and warm. Since we do not speak Spanish, they kindly made phone calls on our behalf and helped us with anything we needed. Their willingness to assist us made a big difference and made us feel truly cared for. On our first day, our train was delayed and we did not arrive until 11:20 PM. Despite the late hour, they waited for us and welcomed us with kindness. It is true that on the first night there was a power outage affecting only our room, so we did not have heating or lights. However, the warmth and genuine care shown by the staff more than made up for this inconvenience. Overall, the hospitality and kindness we experienced here left a lasting impression. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others. "
