Courtyard by Marriott Wilmington Downtown/Historic District
8/10 Good
"Clean and comfortable room, although not what I had reserved (booked a king bed, was given a room with 2 queen beds). Staff was generally polite and helpful. Some wear showing in the facility. Location is great, convenient to downtown Wilmington. No airport shuttle, even though it’s only about 5 or 6 miles away. I’d stay here again."

"We were in Wilmington for my husband’s surgery. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs and checked in with us regularly. The ladies at the front desk were fantastic with a smile to boot!!"
ARRIVE Wilmington
8/10 Good
"The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall, this is all boutique quality hotel with few drawbacks, that I would easily consider returning to again."

"Overall fantastic stay! Staff was super friendly, very accommodating and nice to chat with while staying professional yet leisurely which made for a comfortable environment before even checking in. Rooms were very clean and well stocked on towels, coffee, extra toilet paper, etc and we absolutely loved the 24/hr coffee bar in the lobby that was always full. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!"
