Just had a wonderful 3 night break, the R&B Guerrazzi was the perfect place to stay. Very comfortable and close to the two towers and main square. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and clean apartment in the center

First off: As this is more like an AirBNB than a hotel, there is no reception. Anyhow, the guy checking us in contacted us via email and phone ahead of time in order to meet us. He was very nice, friendly, and professional. We got an official invoice. There are two apartments, one apparently has a balcony. We stayed in the one without one. Both are on the first floor. Kitchen/Living room: You have a big TV with international channels, a fully stacked kitchen including oven, fridge/freezer, pans, kettle, nespresso machine with a large supply of capsules. So if you want to cook yourself, everything is there. It even features a dishwasher and a washing machine! Bedroom: A super comfy bed and a huge wardrobe. Only downside is that the bed is only approx 1,90cm long, tall people might see some issues here. Bathroom: Clean with a spacious shower. All furniture and appliances look new and installed professionally. The place is impeccably clean. Wifi is free. Breakfast is organized via vouchers that can be redeemed in "cafe coco" across the street. Per night and person, you'll get two vouchers, which each are valid for either one drink or snack, with a limited variety of snacks available. The cafe closes around 10 pm, so no problems with noise in the night.

A beautifully restored apartment with the most lovely painted ceiling in the main living space. The area was fantastic: very peaceful and calm and only a stone's throw away from the historic centre. Lots of eateries in the vicinity and a taxi rank on the corner, which was ideal for getting further afield. I definitely recommend it.

An excellent property, beautifully decorated, with all you would ever need. Situated in a great location with walking distance to the main square and lots of great restaurants nearby. There is even a handy list of good quality local restaurants - we tried two and they were fabulous. I would definitely stay here again, when we come back to Bologna

Excellent central apartment.

We couldn’t fault this amazing apartment in a very central position and surrounded by fantastic places to eat. The standard of decor, amenities and cleanliness were faultless.

We absolutely loved our stay at R&B Guerrazzi!

We absolutely loved our 4 night stay at R&B Guerrazzi! The unit we stayed in is a full apartment and it is simply beautiful. Samuele met us when we arrived, gave us the rundown on all the amenities, some tips on the city, and overall could have not been more accommodating. The location is perfect, in a good neighborhood with many places to eat and drink, and you can easily walk to the Piazza Maggiore and other historical parts of the city. Nice breakfast just across the street and there is even a fantastic gelato shop right next door. Bologna is a great city to explore and this apartment is a perfect home base.

Hidden gem

Great apartment. The owner came and met us in the evening after leaving the keys across the road at the small cafe (also where you have breakfast vouchers for...can be used at any point in day if miss breakie) for us to pick up mid afternoon when we arrived. Really clean and well stocked place. Great. The owner suggested a place to eat which was quality too!

Très bon appartement, refait à neuf dans un bel immeuble dans le centre ville de Bologne. Le petit dej en face était aussi très pratique. Tout était parfait à part peut être la literie qui n’était pas super confortable.

Bel appartement

Bel appartement, bien situé avec tout le confort souhaité. Café et the gratuit à disposition. En revanche, la formule du petit déjeuner ne nous a pas convaincu, nous aurions préféré avoir le choix de prendre plusieurs choses à manger au café.
