"I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful."

"It is near the metro station, 3 mins walk. It is large space, good for two to three people to stay. It is clean, very good. It has everything, help us to relax after a long day tour. It is a place I will choose next time. I also recommend to my friends. It is absolutely a five star stay place."

"Great room! Quite spacious and kitchen very well equiped. Access to the laundry room (free!) and to a gym. "Super gelegen für Stockholm. Tolle Busverbindung und sehr nette Reception. Wir hatten eine Stuba und die war ordentlich und soweit wie möglich sauber. Man könnte schon Mängel finden,wenn man wollte. Aber die Mängel wurden von den jeweiligen Vormieter verursacht und orgeln kommt man auch nicht mehr hinterher mit der Reparatur bei soviel dummen Gästen. "

"I got a junior suite and it was a córner room so it was spacious and had floor to ceiling windows. No storage space for clothes though only a small cabinet that had coffee making supplies in it. Had to ask for a table and more hangers. It was bright and sunny during the day but at night it was too dark in the room due to lack of lamps and lights "
