I didn't even get to check in. The women was mad that i was checking in whiling raining and ruining her relaxing time. I was made known that if i didnt book thur the third party i wouldnt get a room because she didnt want to open the window when raining. I didnt even want to stay. I asked to cancel and get give me a refund and while laughing she said call the booking place.

Good hotel with all the basics: good bed, sheets and pillows, good hot shower and bathtub. Spacious, quiet, and dark when you close the curtains. Did use the heat/ac but assume it should work ok. Excellent value for the money

A little run down but it served its purpose. Only there 1 night. Several restaurants nearby. Staff friendly. I would consider staying again if need be.

Bad bad and worse.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. After that…everything went downhill. The room was bad. Dirty, old, smelly, uncomfortable. Stains on the walls, counters, sheets and large stain on curtain. Not sure if we were put in the wrong room but it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on their site. There were no pictures on the walls (looked like they were there at one time). I travel a lot and always trust the reviews. This one had good reviews…those people definitely didn’t stay in the room we had. We were in the area for work and would’ve stayed in another hotel but there wasn’t any available within an hour so we sucked it up. Never again.

The staff was very forthcoming about not smoking in a nonsmoking room. I appreciate this very much as a cancer survivor that hated cigarette smoke even before I had cancer. My room smells great. There is no cigarette smell whatsoever. I wish smokers would be more considerate of nonsmokers. I'm glad to have had this pleasant experience so far. I plan to book this room again for two more nights.

Accidentally booked a hotel an hour off the 40. Super nice family, felt safe… rooms are clean but really rundown, tho. Towels stained, cracks in the sink, etc. Pulling the knob up for a shower, the spout almost came off. Also got a ticket in town so be wary of going too fast. Pretty sure they target out of state lates.

The website says "pet friendly", but does not mention an additional $20/dog fee. Room was non smoking but smelled stale, leaking sink faucet, no wash clothes

I didn’t check I. To my room. But the office reeked of some smell. There were piles of old furniture and blankets outside the rooms on the sidewalk. There was old furniture discarded by the dumpster that was full. Area seemed sketchy

Not the worse, but would look to stay elsewhere
As this is listed as "under new management" and it looked like they were in the mist of up grading, our room wasn't. There were no Kleenex's, the sink stopper was missing, the beds and pillows were old and not comfortable. I would defiantly replace all the towels/lines as a priority. They were like my grandma's (used and abused). I would wait for this place to finish their "up grades" before returning.

Perfect for a short stay.
The lady who checked us in was very nice and sweet. Rooms were clean with everything you need. Not a lot of amenities but it was perfect for a 1 night stay.
