"Upon arriving, I was informed that there was a problem. The front desk attendant asked if I had been in contact with property manager and I told him that the number on file for the property manager was not a working number so there was no way for me to contact anyone. The attendant was able to reach someone by phone and they showed up in person. I was informed that the administrator forgot to block off the availability for the room that I had a reservation for.
