en general bien ,lo único es que la habitación que me toco entra mucha luz de afuera del pasillo y no puede dormir uno lo que se espera, otra cosa en la reserva dice que el traslado al aeropuerto esta incluido y resulta que no toca pagar por separado.

Bom custo beneficio para escalas em Bogotá

O hotel é relativamente moderno e o café da manhã é razoável, poucas opções mas bem feitas. Bem perto do aeroporto (15 mil cops de taxi). Não t ar cond no quarto e às vezes faz barulho do aquecedor dos banheiros dos outros quartos. Bom custo beneficio.

Never again, sorry but no

No one spoke English Very noisy right under take off flight path No English tv Restaurant is basically non existent Breakfast is not bad No spa or jacuzzi as stated No vanity for you toiletries Their toiletries are on toilet, slide off Tv did not work the second day The room they moved me to was small Shower water pressure very low Lobby was the nicest spot of hotel What a way to fool people I have traveled to over 35 countries and these were just some of the short comings of this hotel. I've stayed in worse condition wise but this was NOT worth even the price I paid. Almost forgot, I checked at 2:30 and the maid just finished cleaning the room but did not leave towels.....she rattled off a bunch of words in Spanish which I did not understand. By 6:30 still no towels and I called to desk and was brought towels within 10 minutes. I guess the maid forgot about me.

Easy to reach from airport

Perfect hotel, when arriving in the evening and travelling onwards next day. Nice breakfast.

Esta vez, muy regular.

Lastimosamente en la habitación contigua había una reunión dentro de la habitación e hicieron demasiada bulla y no dejaron dormir, se callaron a las 2:00 a.m. Mala noche para tener que levantarse a las 5:00 a.m. El personal no estuvo atento para mantener el orden en las instalaciones y aunque se escuchaba en todo el piso, no mostraron interés por los demás huéspedes.

Buen lugar para estadías cortas

Muy bien, la zona es suficiente para un viaje corto de negocios. Las habitaciones son relativamente pequeñas. El espacio para trabajar en el computador es reducido. Es un lugar bueno para descansar y dormir, pero para permanecer durante el día no es práctico ni ameno.

Bueno, económico pero debe mejorar

El Hotel esta localizado en el sector de salitre. Me quede en dos oportunidades, la primera en las habitaciones abajo del restaurante, las cuales son amplias limpias, pero debido al diseño del hotel se escucha lo que se dice en otras habitaciones. En general el hotel es agradable y limpio y el personal se esfuerza para cumplir tus necesidades. El desayuno esta incluido y es tipo buffet, pero no es su fuerte. Las habitaciones del ultimo piso, no son recomendables son pequeñas, la ducha esta armada y parecen en construcción. Mi recomendación es que se queden del 5 piso para abajo.

Como passei apenas uma noite no hotel, não tenho embasamento suficiente para avaliar o estabelecimento, mas existem alguns pontos que deixaram a desejar como: quarto sem janelas, banheiro apertado e serviço de transfer gratuito ao aeroporto não funcionou. Simplesmente a van não apareceu no horário marcado na hora do check-in. Porém, o hotel arcou com o custo do táxi até o aeroporto. O café da manhã também não é bom, mas isso é característica do país.

Terrible service, over-priced and NO shuttle

Don't stay here, the hotel has no sense of service or even basic hospitality responsibility, they offer a "free shuttle" in their add, then tell you they don't have it available but offers to organize transport for the DOUBLE of the local and notoriously unsafe Bogota taxis. I have been coming through Bogota for close to 20 years, and I am sick and tired of these "so-called" airport hotels, which mostly are a few rooms in a villa with no service and NOT at all close to the airport, but located 5-10 km away. Once you pay all the extra costs for the transport, you end up paying more -- at least the double of the rate announced --than what you can get a proper and decent hotel for but you end up suffering an unending list of poor service and no one who wants to take responsibility for anything.

Buena atención, me recibieron las maletas desde el taxi. En cinco minutos ya estaba chequeada y en mi habitación con todo mi equipaje. Habitación amplia y muy limpio todo. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Convenient and good value

Excellent airport hotel. Good value - close to the airport. Quiet - despite being close to the main road to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Late check out time was useful -14.00. There are some local cafes and restaurants, but you'll need to ask the staff where they are.

Careful with reservation details

There was a problem with the reservation, guests need to be sure that you list how many people are staying in the room, even if you are a couple. The price listed is per person, not per room. Beds are super comfortable, breakfast was delicious, unfortunately rooftop hot tub wasn't working. They held our bags while we waited for our flight. There's not too much in the area, but there is a restaurant/bar, pharmacy, grocery, etc. It wasn't easy for the taxi driver to find, best to download a map before you go.

Um pouco mal conservado, mas um bom hotel

Passei apenas uma noite, é próximo do aeroporto. Banheiro e camas muitos bons. Só esta um pouco mal conservado. Tive que mostrar a reserva, não sabiam quanto cobrar... Bom café da manhã. Recomendo para uma passada rápida.

Good place for overnite connecting at BOG

This is a very good place for overnight stay, like connecting a flight next day. The neighborhood is not impressive but has a couple of stores to get supplies. They also offer breakfast,free wifi and airport shuttle service. My mistake was that I assumed that I would find their van outside the arrival terminal. So my taxi cost around $12 One has to pre arrange pick up and they will wait outside the customs area with a sign containning your name and the name of the hotel. I did pre arrange the drop off and it work fine. I suggest to have plenty of time afte rbooking and email them to schedule your pick up with a confirmation from the hotel.
