"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"

"The staff are always pleasant, but the check-in stills needs speeding up.
The room had a beautiful view of the mountains, but when the race cars started the noise was excessive and showed that the rooms needed more sound-proofing."
