"Location was very remote and you need to go by car to a restaurant. Unfortunately most restaurants are closed on sunday/monday and sometimea tuesdays especially during winter period. So no dinner when we came late in the afternoon. Breakfast was very nice. Next time I would choose for a hotel with dinner possibilties. "

Notion du service client inexistante (aux clients de s adapter et pas l inverse) Chambre tres rustique, acces aux chambres compliqué (chemin exigu et non entretenu), petit dejeuner basique..."

We explored the property after we arrived and put them down for bed before enjoying dinner by ourselves... one of the best meals we have ever had in our lives! Florence and her husband treat you like family. It was a true treat to have stayed there!"

"Wonderful welcome and absolute gorgeous house and room. The rooms have been beautifully designed and renovated. Our host were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was scrumptious. Tucked in the center of the historic part of town, I would not dream to stay anywhere else on my next stay in Valence! Thank you so much for hosting us. "

"The concept is novel and well executed. We were staying as part of a cycling tour down the Via Rhona, for which the location is perfect, with bespoke secure bike storage. The town is beautiful with lots of great restaurants, but I suggest you book ahead of time as they all get busy. The one big challenge we had was checking in. "Très mauvais accueil. La propriétaire nous a indiqué de suite qu elle avait essayé d annuler notre réservation auprès du site et que le site exigeait de leur part 600.00€ ( ça nous regardait pas) l’heure d’accueil sur le site était à partir de 17h30 elle nous a indiqué qu elle souhaitait nous recevoir qu à partir de 19h. L’accès à la piscine pas possible… en insistant on a pu profiter du logement et de la piscine non nettoyée à partir de 18h30 … on a payé beaucoup de frais … plus de 200.00€ en...

"Excellent stay. I was only there one night unfortunately but after walking 10 km to watch the European cycling championships I was grateful for the very comfortable bed and excellent pillows. I had a great sleep😁. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and professional. Definitely hoping to return for a longer stay."

"Clean room, friendly staff and literally right off the highway. We thought it might be noisy but it was very quiet and peaceful and read later the rooms were soundproofed. You got to love the French they think of everything. The beds were comfy but the room is pretty spare. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend."

"The facilities of this hotel are really nice (restaurant and pool) however our room needs a renovation. The carpet was so dirty we did not want to take our shoes off. Our room had a faint smell of cigarettes (maybe from the old carpet). Otherwise this hotel is really lovely and the staff were really kind! "

"I have used this accomodation for my travels since 8 years now and 2 times a year. The service level is wors and wors... yesterday one cleark more ore less told me when i said " i dont speak france" that he told in bad eng " when you are in France, then you also must respect and understand our langue"... I think i dont need to say more about that!! And the place are more and more dirty and worned out. Thank for this years, now new place when i passing by and maybee some cleaner and more friendly hotel."
